Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Argentina Diamonds does with the details you share through this website. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use our booking form or our loose diamond request form, we receive what you type in:

Your name, phone number and email address
Your preferred day and time for a viewing
What you are looking for, including any stone details such as shape, carat range, color, clarity, budget and report type
The list of pieces you saved for your visit, if any

We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not sell anything online.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to arrange and prepare your viewing: to contact you, confirm a time and have the right pieces and stones ready. We may also use them to answer follow-up questions about your visit.

Where it is kept

Form submissions are stored in this website's system and sent by email to our showroom. Only people working with the showroom can see them. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not share them with anyone for marketing.

Saved pieces

When you tap the heart on a piece, your saved list is kept in your own browser's storage on your device. It is not sent to us until you choose to submit the booking form. You can clear it at any time by removing pieces from the list or clearing your browser data.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use advertising or analytics tracking. If we add a visitor analytics tool in the future, we will describe it on this page, including what it measures.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and request details only as long as we need them to look after your visit and any purchase that follows, and for ordinary business records.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Call us at (732) 581-7932 or send a note through the booking page, and we will take care of it.
