Getting to 30 West 47th Street

Our showroom is in Suite 805 at 30 West 47th Street, on the block between Fifth and Sixth Avenue. This block is the heart of New York's Diamond District, lined with jewelry windows from end to end.

• By subway: take the B, D, F or M train to 47-50 Sts Rockefeller Center. Leave the station toward 47th Street, then walk east along 47th Street toward Fifth Avenue. Number 30 is on the block between Sixth and Fifth.
• On foot from Midtown: we are a short walk from Rockefeller Center and Bryant Park.
• By car or taxi: ask to be dropped on West 47th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenue. The block is busy, so a drop on the avenue corner can be quicker.

Coming into the building

Buildings on 47th Street have a lobby desk. When you arrive, the desk may ask which suite you are visiting. Tell them Suite 805, Argentina Diamonds, and they will point you to the elevators. If anything is unclear when you get there, call us at (732) 581-7932 and we will help you up.

What happens at a viewing

Viewings are by appointment, so the showroom is set up for you when you arrive. A typical visit takes about 45 minutes. Here is what to expect:

1. Your tray is ready. Any pieces you saved on the site with the heart, and any loose stones you asked for, are laid out and waiting.
2. We talk through what you want. Style, size, metal and budget. You do not need to know the terms; we will explain as we go.
3. You look and try on. Hold stones side by side, look under a loupe, check them in daylight and showroom light, and try settings on your hand.
4. You decide in your own time. Prices are shown from the start. If you want to think it over, that is completely fine.

Bring a partner, a friend or a parent if you like. Many people find a second pair of eyes helpful. You are also welcome to come alone.

What to bring

• A ring size, if you know it. If the ring is a surprise, our ring size guide has a few quiet ways to find one.
• Photos of ideas. Screenshots of rings or jewelry you like help us understand your taste quickly.
• A budget. A rough number lets us show you stones and settings that make sense, without pushing you past it.
• Rings you already wear, if you are choosing a wedding or anniversary band to sit next to them.
